I’m a licensed Naturopathic Doctor (ND) in Connecticut and a health consultant worldwide. I specialize in digestive and hormonal disorders not getting resolved by conventional therapies.
My approach is to target the root cause of your dis-ease using evidence-based medicine. I’m passionate about educating and empowering my clients in growth towards health optimization using the least invasive methods possible.
After extensive travel throughout SE Asia and India in my early 20’s, I returned to the United States only to find myself struggling with severe digestive issues. I was feeling defeated by crippling pain, regardless of what I ate, in addition to severe PMS and anxiety… Something was seriously wrong!
I became determined to discover the root cause solutions of my dis-ease. I emersed myself in the study of Naturopathic Medicine and my health finally began to TRANSFORM!
I now have a naturopathic practice in New Haven, CT and I also offer virtual consults to clients out of state to make this medicine more accessible.
My passion is empowering others in their digestive and hormonal health.
After graduating from National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM), I completed a teaching residency at the University of Bridgeport College of Naturopathic Medicine (UBCNM). Following residency, I continued to contribute as a clinic supervisor and professor of Endocrinology (the study of hormones!). I am the founder of Good Medicine Naturopathic Health Center, in New Haven CT, where I have been practicing for the past 8 years.
